Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email you used to sign up. We'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Sign in with Apple isn't working — what should I do?
Make sure you're on the latest version of Atossa from the App Store and signed into iCloud on your device. If the issue continues, sign in with email and password instead, and email us so we can investigate.
Why are my cycle predictions different from another app?
Predictions improve as Atossa learns your individual cycle. The first one or two cycles after sign-up rely on the average you logged at onboarding; after that, predictions adjust based on your actual data.
How do I export or delete my data?
You can request an export or full deletion of your account at any time. Email zamaniziba18@gmail.com from the address tied to your account, and we'll process it within seven days.
Is my data private?
Yes. Cycle and health data is stored in your account and is never sold or shared with advertisers. See the Privacy section below for details.
What devices does Atossa support?
Atossa runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS / iPadOS 15 or later.
Privacy
Atossa stores your account information and cycle data in our backend (Supabase), protected by row-level security so only you can read your own data. Sensitive session tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device.
What we collect
- The email and profile details you provide when you sign up.
- Cycle, symptom, and health entries you log inside the app.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share it with advertisers.
- We don't read your data for any purpose other than providing the app to you.
Your rights
You can request a copy of all data we hold for your account, or ask us to delete it permanently. Email zamaniziba18@gmail.com from the address tied to your account.
Reporting a bug
Found something broken? Send us an email with:
- The device and iOS version you're using (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.2).
- The Atossa version, found in Profile → Settings.
- A short description of what you did and what went wrong. A screenshot helps a lot.
